The following policies are agreed to and/or acknowledged by all profiles in our database.
Terms & Conditions of VOS Monthly Service Plans
Your account will be billed immediately, and then on day X of each month (starting next month) for as long as you subscribe to your current plan at XoomaCustomers.com.
By checking this box you agree to be charged on a recurring monthly basis for the cost of the service plan of your choice. No other charges will be made to your account without your request and authorization. You have complete control of your account and total flexibility to change your service plan level at any time by going to My Service Plan in the My Account section of your virtual office account.
Please understand that your company is not responsible in any way for the services rendered by Virtual Office Systems and XoomaCustomers.com. All business concerning the system or your account fall under the relationship between yourself and Virtual Office Systems.
Please be advised that XoomaCustomers.com is a non-refundable service. You are responsible for canceling your account and the monthly recurring charges online at the My Service Plan section of My Account, which is found in the Main Menu page of your virtual office account. To protect the privacy and information of our Members, we do not accept cancellation requests via phone calls or emails.
Plan changes must be made before midnight of your next billing cycle date to avoid future charges.
Privacy Policy
The protection of personal information is not a new issue with XoomaCustomers.com. Privacy protection is, and always has been, critical to our business. Since its inception, XoomaCustomers.com has maintained strict customer information confidentiality policies. XoomaCustomers.com has formulated policies that give its customers a very high level of protection of personally identifiable information. XoomaCustomers.com provides the following privacy protections:
- XoomaCustomers.com's purposes for collection of personal information include provision of customer service, customer surveys, provision of offers of related services and other exchanges of information.

As technologies continue to enhance and expand the collection of information of all kinds, we will apply our technological and marketplace expertise in efforts to ensure that our subscribers, customers, and users receive the kind of privacy protection that will make them confident and secure. We are not responsible, however, for use of personal information that is obtained independently by third parties as a result of your use of the Internet.

By filling out the questionnaire you are requesting free information and/or a risk-free trial of this product. Filling out the form does indicate your sincere interest in this information and/or product and gives certified representatives for associated products permission to contact you by phone and email, to determine if you are eligible to receive this free information and/or risk-free trial, even if you are listed on the National Do Not Call list. We respect your privacy and will never use your information for any purpose other than to inform you about this or similar products, opportunities or information.
The client, for whom we are performing this advertising promotion, does have the right to contact you at the telephone number and email address that you supply, even if you have added your name to any State or National Do Not Call List, for up to one (1) year after you respond to this questionnaire.
Limit-One trial per person, per household.
We reserve the right to deny any sample requests. Requesting more than one sample will automatically delete the request from our records.

Anti-Spam Policy
Nothing seems to irritate Internet users more than receiving - in many cases being barraged by - unsolicited junk e-mail. "Spamming" is a derisive term referring to broadcasting of unsolicited junk e-mail. Unwanted e-mail messages congest the Internet's pipelines and increase costs to service providers; they force some users to pay additional long-distance charges when they have to retrieve the messages; and they are sometimes nothing more than electronic fronts for fraudulent solicitations.
Spamming is perhaps the most harmful in the way it unsettles the confidence of Internet users in their online privacy and security. The clearest message that a spamming recipient gets is usually not what the senders intend, but rather the disturbing news that his/her privacy has been breached - that someone has obtained his/her e-mail address, and perhaps other personal information, without his/her knowledge or consent. Sensitive to the full dimensions of this serious problem, XoomaCustomers.com has enacted strict policies with respect to spamming and other abusive behaviors. XoomaCustomers.com's policy makes it expressly clear that we will not tolerate the use of spamming or other similarly abusive behavior. Under XoomaCustomers.com's policy, XoomaCustomers.com affiliates or clients who are caught spamming or who persist in the mass distribution of unsolicited e-mail messages will be immediately suspended and/or their service will be terminated. Our policy is designed for the protection and security of XoomaCustomers.com’s customers, and to enable our customers to receive helpful information on health and wellness.
It is considered a severe policy violation for any XoomaCustomers.com affiliate or client to participate in any of the following activities through the XoomaCustomers.com server or any other on-line service providers:
- To falsify user information provided to XoomaCustomers.com or to other users of the Site in connection with the use of a XoomaCustomers.com Site;
- To use XoomaCustomers.com to send email communications of a subject or topic unrelated to health, wellness and well-being;
- To engage in any of the foregoing activities by using the service of another provider, but channeling such activities through a XoomaCustomers.com account, remailer, or otherwise through a XoomaCustomers.com Site or using a XoomaCustomers.com account as a maildrop for responses or otherwise using the services of another provider for the purpose of facilitating the foregoing activities if such use of another party's service could reasonably be expected to adversely affect a XoomaCustomers.com service.
XoomaCustomers.com considers the above practices to constitute abuse of our Site and policies and of the recipients of such unsolicited mailings and/or postings, who often bear the expense. Therefore, these practices are prohibited by XoomaCustomers.com. Engaging in one or more of these practices will result in suspension and/or termination of the offender's affiliation with XoomaCustomers.com.
This policy addresses only the kinds of network abuse specifically enumerated above. In addition to these activities, XoomaCustomers.com's policies prohibit other forms of abuse such as harassment and the posting of illegal or unlawful materials, and XoomaCustomers.com will respond as appropriate to these other activities as well.
